How to use the Surgical Information Table

Example: A cholecystectomy (gall bladder) patient needing information in Regina Qu’Appelle Health Region would find that over a six month period (January to June 2006).

	374 patients received a cholecystectomy in Regina Qu’Appelle Health Region.

	73% of those were done within three months and 86% of those were done within one year.

	269 patients are currently on the wait list for this procedure in this region.
